Planning a special event, wedding, or photo shoot can be overwhelming. To help you prepare, we have gathered answers to the most common questions our clients ask before booking their hair and makeup appointments.

Should I wash my hair before my appointment?

Please wash and blow-dry your hair the night before your appointment. Completely clean, bone-dry hair holds styles much better than freshly washed, damp hair. Avoid heavy masks or oils.

How should I prepare my face for makeup?

Arrive with a clean, freshly washed face. Do not apply makeup. You may apply your standard lightweight moisturizer if desired. We highly recommend exfoliating your skin gently 24–48 hours before your booking.

Can I have a free consultation?

We highly recommend to book for a free consulation visit before making an actual booking. It helps you to discuss the related to your inspirations if you have any photos, review photos of our previous work to help you plan for your event day properly. In case you have left it too late, we can perform consultation and the actual treatment on the same day but we still recommend to take time to discuss the expected results before our therapist start the service.

Do you offer Private hair service room?

For the comfort and privacy requirements from our diverse customer base, we have the facilities in the salon for carrying out hair services in private areas. Your requirements could be for cultural or other reasons.

In terms of facilities we have two dedicated beauty rooms where private beauty treatments like, facials, laser hair removal, waxing hair removal are carried out. One of the room is also equipped with full hair dressing services.

As we always have these two rooms in great demand, we also have a private cubicle built around one of the hair services station in the main area of the salon. This cubicle with U shaped curtain hanging off our ceiling is often used and create a completely private area for carrying out the hair treatments.
