How does this work?

• Available to all customers that use our mobile app to book services.

• During their visit they spend a minimum of £20 and scans a QR code.

• Scanning the code adds a virtual stamp on to the increasing discount card shown under the loyalty section of their mobile app.

Below terms and conditions are applicable to this offer

• Discount is applied to the full price of 1 service that are not already on offer.

• Discount is applied to the service with lowest price, in case there are more than one service on the bill.

• Discount is not applicable to already discounted packaged services.

• Discount is not applicable to the Japanese hair straightening services, advanced beauty aesthetics treatments, hair highlights, balayage services and body massage therapies. For these services there are individual offers from time to time. Please check back regularly for discounts and offers on these specific services not included in this offer.

We have two options for you to send a Gift card. It can be a Physical card or an eGift card. Go through the complete information before deciding your preference.

eGift Card

Our eGift Card is a convenient, faster and flexible way to send a gift to a loved one. Below are some of the reasons why our customers are choosing an eGift Card.

• eGift Card takes the guess work out of selecting a gift in case one has to assume recipient's choice.

• eGift Card is delivered through an email message with unique code that recipient can use at our checkout (Online or when visiting us at the salon.

• eGift card is sent instantly by email and does not involve any postal delays. Its a perfect option when all other deadlines of postage are already passed.

• You can choose the exact date when they should receive this email and the code in case eGift card should be delivered on recipients special day.

• Our eGift Card has 12 months validity, therefore recipient can spend it as per their convenience.

How to use eGift Card?

Physical Gift Card

In case you prefer to send a physical Gift Card (also known as Gift Certificate), you can purchase a physical gift card by visiting us at the Salon or we are able to post the Physical Gift card by post to your loved ones.

How to purchase Physical Gift Card?

Physical gift card can be purchased by one of the two methods mentioned below.

1. By visiting our salon at 246, Kingshill Avenue, Hayes, Greater London, UB4 8BZ. It is possible to pay in cash, by cards or bank transfers.

2. By sending us your request through our contact form. Please use the below button to send us the following information.

   
   

   1. After filling in your details, please use the message field to send information about the recipient.

   2. Recipient's full name

   3. Recipient's postal address.

   4. Amount to be added on the gift card. Please add £2 to cover the postage and packaging.

      
      

Once we have received the form we will send back the payment request for the amount you need to pay. Upon payment, we will post our physical gift card to your loved ones.
