Microneedling actually works by creating micro punctures on your skin, so you need to take steps to protect your skin barrier to assist its natural healing process.
Please do not wear any makeups for at least 24 hours after the treatment. Avoid touching the skin to ensure it does not get infected. Apply a good quality sunscreen ( at least SPF50 strength is recommended) to keep the sun protection to its highest level.
Application of sunscreen can be included if not already done, into your daily skin care route for ever to stay protected from the daylight even if sun is not out.
Use mild moisturises and mild cleansers to continue with your daily skin routine after 24 hours of the treatment.
To protect your skin for first 72 hours after the treatment, avoid using swimming pools, saunas, and situations where you might sweat heavily, including intense workouts at the gym.
