Hema is the Senior Hair and Beauty Therapist and Director of the My Beauty Basics Ltd. Hema's career in the hair and beauty industry started back in 2013 and since then Hema has been following her passion in the field.

Hema is Level 4 qualified to perform laser hair removal. Level 3 Beautician and Level 2 hair dresser. Hema has also achieved expert level status with Dermalogica to perform advanced facial treatments. Some of the services Hema provides these days but no limited to this list only, includes Japanese permanent hair straightening, Semi-permanent Anti-Frizz treatment, Hair smoothing and Hair Botox treatments, Hair cuts of all types, blowdries of different kinds. Laser Hair removal using medical grade class 4 laser hair removal machine. Advanced facial treatments, including specific skin concerns like, Acne prone skin, pigmented skin, aging skin and to deal with sking sensitivities.

Can I create my own laser hair removal packages?

We understand everyone has different needs. Although we have some favourite packages that are demanded regularly by the customers repeatedly, we do get asked this question. Can I pick and mix the packages or create my own packages?

We offer endless combinations to you so that you can create your own packages. Below are the combination of the body areas you can choose to create your own packages.

How long does Laser Hair Removal Last?

Laser hair removal works by targeting hair folicles (root from where the hair starts). Hair folicle once destroyed is permanent. It is however only possible to destroy certain percentage (20-30%) of hair during a single session of laser hair removal. Each laser hair removal session results in long term hair reduction of the targeted hair therefore hair regrowth is visibly reducing during each session.

Our powerful Venus Velocity diode laser hair removal technology is renowned for producing visible hair reduction in as little as 2-3 sessions onwards. After 6 sessions some clients need a top up sessions once or twice a year. Some clients may not need top up sessions at all. It is dependent on each individual. 100% of the clients report long term hair reduction using laser hair removal method.
